For our versatile sales position, we are looking for a Sales Engineer (m/f/d) Business Development and Project Planning in Sulgen

If suitably qualified and interested, there is the possibility to take on responsibility in management or as managing director (m/f/d) in the future.

Your tasks:

• You are responsible for project planning and preparing offers for our special machines through acquisition and requirements analysis
• You clarify the technical feasibility of customer requirements and work closely with our development departments to find solutions
• You calculate projects and independently prepare offers
• You advise our customers / prospects and follow up on your projects, also in cooperation with our sales partners
• You are technically and commercially responsible for the projects from offer preparation to customer acceptance in close cooperation with engineering
• You provide impulses for innovations and standardisations, thereby generating further growth
• You build new customer relationships and look after existing customers

Your profile:

• Engineering education in automation technology, mechatronics or mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification
• Basic business administration knowledge
• Comprehensive technical knowledge in handling, robotics, sensor technology, drive and control technology
• Experience in project planning and sales of capital goods
• Independent and structured working style as well as confident handling of CRM systems
• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
• Enjoyment of sales work and willingness to travel
• Team spirit and strong communication skills
