What you will achieve with us

• Definition and ensuring compliance with cross-site administrative processes in coordination with relevant authorities
• Independent implementation of projects and preparation of application documents in collaboration with co-chief physicians of the Neurology Clinic
• Coordination of all internal and external matters regarding further and continuing education, recertifications, as well as university partnerships
• Responsibility for the continuous revision of patient pathways in neurology, including the adjustment of templates, therapy plans and patient information in collaboration with IT and marketing
• Coordination of evaluation and management of investments, replacements and medical consumables on a cross-site level

What you bring with you

• Completed vocational training in the medical, paramedical or commercial field with several years of professional experience in a hospital environment
• Sound knowledge in project management, process optimisation and current developments in the Swiss healthcare system
• Proficient use of common office programmes, KISIM and SAP (advantageous)
• Service-oriented, independent and discreet working style with a high degree of flexibility and reliability
• Strong team skills, communication strength and the ability to coordinate and implement complex administrative processes and interdisciplinary projects
