To expand our team, we are looking for immediately or by arrangement for a:

Night Audit (m/f) 100%

Your responsibilities include, among others:

• Performing daily closings
• Posting and controlling the liquid daily receipts
• Creating reports and statistics
• Check-in, check-out
• Operating the telephone switchboard
• Adhering to hotel standards and quality requirements
• Various administrative tasks and preparatory work for accounting
• First contact for our international guests at night
• Manager on Duty during the night
• Control of badge and key management

This is how we imagine you:

• You have completed training in the hotel industry
• Have several years of experience in similar positions
• Guest- and service-oriented with an eye for detail as well as impeccable manners
• Sense of responsibility and organisation
• Enjoy dealing with people and have a warm, guest-oriented manner
• Resilience, flexibility and team spirit
• Very good knowledge of MS Office programmes, Protel knowledge is an advantage
• Good language skills in German and English, others are an advantage
