Bülach – a city with tradition since 1384. Today, it is the prosperous and growing centre of the Zurich lowlands with around 24,500 inhabitants. It fosters an administrative culture in which customer orientation and appreciation of employees are central. The professional guardianships manage adult protection mandates on behalf of the KESB Bülach North for 16 municipalities (catchment area approx. 75,000 people).

We are looking for a committed individual as
Your tasks – meaningful and varied
- Handling payment transactions and managing client accounting
- Securing claims from private and social insurances
- Processing claims against health insurance companies and supplementary benefits
- Preparing accounting documents for accountability reports
- Managing client files in Tutoris and archiving
- Handling mail, counter and telephone service
How you become part of our team
- Completed commercial training (EFZ), preferably in administration or social sector
- Experience in social insurance and/or child and adult protection law
- A flair for numbers, control tasks and accounting as well as a structured way of working
- Solid IT user skills (MS Office), Tutoris an advantage
- Willingness to actively help develop the organisation together with us
