Co-Leadership of the Youth Club «Pöstli»

As the Cevi Gossau ZH association, we are responsible for the open youth club through a service agreement with the political municipality of Gossau ZH, shape the youth work of the Reformed Church Gossau, and have a large Cevi youth group.

About 200 young people participate in our programmes – they are empowered and supported in their voluntary commitment by five employees.

Open Youth Work

Together with a youth worker and a team of volunteer young people, you will run the youth club «Pöstli» (presence time: Wednesday and Thursday afternoons, Friday evening).

• Networking and public relations work
• Advice/support for young people
• Administrative tasks
• Further development and maintenance of the club

Church Youth Work

• Support of the partner programme «roundabout» (girls' dance group)
• According to your talents, training and passions, other areas of church youth work can become part of the position. For example, main leadership of a youth camp, youth service, support and further development of various projects and areas of activity

You bring the following:

• Social professional training (Social Work FH, Sociocultural Animation FH, Community Animation HF, Social Pedagogy FH/HF) or willingness to start such training
• Passion for youth work, initiative, organisational skills
• The Christian faith is important to you
• You are rooted in the region or can imagine that Cevi Gossau and the Reformed Church Gossau will become your home
