For the enforcement area of the Aargau-Northwest Switzerland region, with the core tasks of processing controls over compliance with collective labour agreements and the Posted Workers Act, as well as other tasks on behalf of various Joint Commissions to enforce our collective labour agreements, we are looking for an immediate or agreed start of a
Trade Union Officer Enforcement 60-100%
Your responsibilities
- Independent processing of controls over compliance with collective labour agreements and the Posted Workers Act, as well as other tasks on behalf of various Joint Commissions, including the associated administrative activities
- Written and telephone communication with various stakeholders, especially the commissions, inspectors and companies
- Representation of the enforcement offices at meetings of the Joint Commissions, presenting motions and answering questions about the controls
- Critical assessment of statements from companies and inspectors as well as the consequent preparation of draft decisions
Your profile
- You are an analytical, tech-savvy person who values a varied, demanding and independent role
- You have a quick grasp and can cope with rapid changes between different tasks and contexts
- You have already gained professional experience and have engaged deeply with the legal and financial aspects of the working world
- You are a presentable personality who finds communicating more complex content in heterogeneous groups of about ten people effortless
