Tasks/Responsibilities

What you will achieve:

Receiving scrap, checking the quantity and quality for geometry, metallurgy, ecology, and safety
Disposition of incoming trucks depending on the type of scrap and the melting program
Stacking the different types of scrap
Sorting out non-conforming scrap parts
Operating construction machinery, wheel loaders, forklifts, and excavators
Parking service for all construction machinery on the scrap yard
Administrative tasks as well as filing documents
Recording complaints
Cleaning of railway cars

Competencies

You inspire us:

Completed vocational training (e.g. logistics specialist, recycler)
Experience as a machine operator is essential (excavator, wheel loader, and forklift)
Suva-recognized forklift license
Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office
(Excel, Word)
Very good German skills, English and French skills B1, basic knowledge of Italian is an advantage
Independent and reliable working style
Stress-resistant and resilient
