Our client, a private law foundation in the heart of the canton of Thurgau, offers a modern and soon to be completely renewed home for 91 people in need of care and support. Around 130 dedicated employees are committed with great dedication to the well-being and security of the residents. Together they ensure that a dignified life in old age is possible.
Tasks
- Care and support of the residents
- Independent implementation of all steps of the care process within the primary nursing system
- Assumption of daily and house responsibility
- Contact person for internal and external stakeholders
Requirements Profile
- Completed diploma as a nursing specialist HF/FH
- Enjoyment in working with people, their relatives, and other stakeholders
- Alert, friendly, and positively minded personality
