Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing with Experience in Medical Technology

Activities

Take on prototyping and series production on CNC machines
Perform programming work on 3-, 4- and 5-axis machining centres
Carry out quality checks of the manufactured parts in cooperation with the QA department
Create CNC programmes directly at the machine or using CAM systems, such as Mastercam
Continuously optimise processes with regard to setup and downtime

Requirements

Completed training as a Polymechanic EFZ
At least 5 to 7 years of experience in CNC turning, preferably in the field of medical technology
Confident handling of CNC programming, ideally with knowledge of Mastercam
Demonstrate an independent, precise and solution-oriented working style
Bring team orientation, high personal responsibility and good German language skills
