Your tasks
You

plan and implement marketing and communication campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including newsletters, email marketing and event communication.
design and produce a variety of marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, presentations, advertisements and other promotional items in compliance with the corporate design.
manage and further develop our digital presence by creating social media content as well as maintaining and optimising websites, event pages and online shops.
work closely with project managers and implement targeted marketing measures for the successful promotion of events, courses and training offers.
analyse the performance of marketing activities, create reports and derive optimisation measures to increase reach, registrations and customer loyalty.

Your profile
You

have completed training or further education in marketing, communication or graphic design and have practical experience in a comparable role.
convince with pronounced design skills, a high quality awareness and sound knowledge of layout, design and common graphic programmes.
work independently, in a structured and reliable manner and take on the operational implementation of marketing and communication measures with commitment and personal responsibility.
have experience in newsletter and email marketing as well as a good understanding of reporting, analysis and success measurement of marketing activities.
communicate confidently in German, have knowledge of French and are proficient in MS Office applications.
