About the job
Your Challenge at STL Systems AG
You develop innovative high-tech prototypes in the fields of sensor technology, interfaces, and power electronics, overseeing the entire product development process from the initial idea to series production readiness. In doing so, you design hardware layouts, create circuit diagrams, and develop multilayer PCBs including technical documentation. You deal, among other things, with low-power analogue circuits and high-speed digital circuits. Through in-house tests, measurements, and occasional on-site commissioning, you ensure the quality and functionality of the products. Additionally, you optimise existing designs, troubleshoot errors, and coordinate closely with internal interfaces to successfully bring new products to market.
Your Qualities and Talents
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a similar field (FH, University, ETH)
• Several years of professional experience in electronics development
• Proficient use of technologies/tools such as Altium Designer, PSpice/Simulink, FPGA with Quartus, etc.
• Knowledge in analogue electronics, mixed-signal, digital technology, and software
• Ideally, experience with low-power analogue circuits and high-speed digital circuits
• You are a tinkerer and your heart beats for technology
• Fluent German and English skills
STL Systems AG is looking for an engineer who develops innovative products with passion and inventiveness and accompanies them from the first idea to successful market launch. You can expect not only an environment full of technological challenges and creative freedom but also a culture where fun and team spirit are not neglected: for example, cooling off at the in-house soft-ice machine or during table football duels.
