What you achieve

• You ensure comprehensive, individual and holistic care and nursing of our clients
• You ensure timely and competent processing of medical documents and ensure clear and smooth information flow within the team as well as with other specialist areas.
• You advise clients and their relatives empathetically, organise yourself independently and remain calm and composed even in stressful situations. 
   

What you bring

• You have several years of professional experience, ideally in the Spitex sector
• You enjoy working independently and conscientiously and have a strong quality awareness and interconnected thinking
• You are a strong team player who quickly gains access to clients and relatives through your open, communicative and empathetic manner
• You hold a category B driving licence, which you are happy to use
