Your Tasks
- You will take on assignments in basic and treatment care with our clients
- You advise and support our clients and their relatives
- You conduct needs assessments with RAI-HC at the client’s location
- You create care documentation and individual care planning
- Other employees will guide, advise, and coach you
- You will cover the holiday replacement for the nursing service management
What You Bring
- Training as a certified nursing specialist
- Several years of professional experience in long-term care or home care is an advantage
- You are resilient, flexible, and used to working independently
- Own car and living in the region
