MCR Technician / Building Automation (a) 100%- Management and monitoring of preventive and reactive maintenance of building installations (notably HVAC) for our mandate
- Responsibility for maintaining the required climatic conditions in the production area (temperature, humidity, pressure)
- Programming, commissioning of PLCs in FBD, CFC, ST languages
- Maintenance of BMS servers (Kepware, SQL, Archestra)
- Handling tickets and daily work reports
- Participation in projects in the MCR field (measurement, control, regulation) / building automation and implementation of defined actions
- Proposal and implementation of modifications and improvements
- Management of subcontractors
- Participation in on-call service
- Training in building technology, regulation, instrumentation (ES Technician in automation, BTS)
- Good knowledge of building technical management
- Knowledge of Beckhoff PLCs, Aveva (Wonderware) supervision and communication protocols (Modbus, ASi bus, MP-bus, DALI, Profibus) would be an asset
- Proficiency in French (C1) and English at B1 level, an asset
- Ease with IT tools and good command of Excel
- Good stress resistance and organisational skills, team spirit
- Flexibility and strong customer orientation
