Finance and Accounting Specialist (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for managing the general and subsidiary ledgers.
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to CO and international standards.
- Conducting cost accounting and variance analyses.
- Preparation of tax returns and collaboration with tax advisors.
- Monitoring payment transactions and liquidity management.
- Conducting financial analyses to support strategic decisions.
- Contact person for external auditors and authorities.
- Continuous optimisation of financial processes and systems.
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial basic training.
- Federal diploma as a Finance and Accounting Specialist.
- Solid knowledge of Swiss Code of Obligations (CO) and international accounting standards (e.g. IFRS).
- Several years of relevant professional experience in finance.
- Profound experience with accounting software and MS Office.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
- Team-oriented working style and good communication skills.
- Fluent German language skills
