We maintain cantonal roads, bridges, bike, hiking, and riding paths according to the principles of sustainability. These serve public and private transport and thus contribute significantly to a sustainably attractive Canton of Zurich.
In Maintenance District 1 in Glattbrugg, with its 18 employees, we are responsible for around 135 km of state roads, 275 km of bike/pedestrian paths, and around 250 km of hiking trails.

What you will achieve with us
- You support the operations manager as well as all employees with various administrative and organizational tasks
- You handle correspondence, attendance management, and accident reports
- You take incoming phone calls, email correspondence, and mail
- You are responsible for checking and entering creditors
- You create debtors that are billed to third parties
- You assist employees with their introduction and use of the digital workplace
What you bring with you
- A commercial or technical education with experience in administration
- Solid user knowledge in MS Office/SAP programs
- Fluent, stylistically confident German in spoken and written form
- Independent, efficient, precise work, reliability, and a sense of responsibility
- Service orientation, openness, and teamwork
