Your Tasks

● Conceptual responsibility for technical FM and implementation of continuous lifecycle management for the entire portfolio 
● Conducting feasibility studies, creating specifications/requirements for technical systems
● Central interface and strategic sparring partner for internal stakeholders in the FM area
● Continuous optimisation of FM processes, tools and interfaces as well as professional support for the operational FM team in day-to-day business
● Management and monitoring of suppliers, specialist planners and service providers while adhering to all project goals, standards and requirements
● Further development and implementation of a national quality management system in technical FM
● Design and delivery of training sessions 

Your Profile

● Completed studies or advanced training in facility management, building, environmental or energy technology
● Proven professional experience in facility management as well as a high level of technical understanding
● Independent, solution-oriented and precise working style with high flexibility
● Strong communication skills and ability to work with various interfaces, partners and suppliers
● Business fluent German; good French and/or English skills are an advantage
