Our client is an owner-managed retirement and nursing home in the canton of Schwyz, which has been active as a regional centre of expertise in long-term care for over 50 years. With a family-like home for around 67 residents and a dedicated team of 100 employees, the company places special emphasis on personal care and respectful interaction. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a committed individual as a Nursing Assistant SRK (m/f/d) to start immediately or by arrangement.

Nursing Assistant SRK (m/f/d)

• Carrying out independent basic care
• Supporting household tasks within the team
• Accompanying and caring for assigned residents
• Writing precise oral and written reports
• Promoting quality of life in the daily routine of the residents
• Care according to individual care process planning
• Active support of residents in their daily routine

• Completed or ongoing SRK nursing assistant course
• Good oral and written German skills
• High respect in dealing with seniors
• Careful and quality-conscious working method
• Team-oriented personality with strong social skills
• Friendly and well-groomed appearance
• Outgoing, open and helpful nature
