As a specialist in vocational education nursing, you combine pedagogical know-how with your nursing expertise. You accompany people in their development, bring in new ideas and help shape the vocational education of tomorrow.

Your tasks

Accompany, advise and coach our vocational trainers and support them in their training everyday life

Work on the development and review of training concepts, learning assignments and teaching content and keep them up to date

Ensure that we live a common understanding of training and can consistently implement educational standards

Accompany complex training situations and support demanding learning processes

Plan, conduct and evaluate training sessions and teaching units – in close cooperation with those involved

Contribute to the quality of our practical training, for example through evaluations, audits and professional case discussions

Represent vocational education nursing together with the team in internal and external expert committees

Contribute to the development and introduction of new pedagogical concepts

Your profile

Completed nursing diploma BSc (FH)

Specialist and function-specific further training in the field of education, education or adult education desired

Experience in the conception, planning, implementation and evaluation of educational offers desired

Knowledge in competence development and in the transfer of theoretical knowledge into practice

Professional service understanding
