We are looking for an
Apprenticeship as Cook EFZ (m/f/d) Bern Region
Your area of responsibility
In our staff restaurants (Bern region), we cater daily to hundreds of guests with diverse menus and varied buffets. Catering and special events complete our offer.
As an apprentice, you will be supervised by professional and practical trainers, participate in regular excursions, and enjoy 6 weeks of vacation.
Your tasks in our kitchen are versatile and exciting. You support cool events and ensure through your care in the area of hygiene that our guests remain healthy and satisfied.
Here is an overview of your area of responsibility:
- Production and presentation of dishes and meals
- Collaboration in events & projects
- Compliance with hygiene and occupational safety regulations
- Ordering and incoming goods inspection
- Preparation work in the kitchen
- Cleaning and tidying tasks
Your profile
