Sr. Process Engineer Validation (m/f/d) - 100%

Location: Betlach (SO)

Contract type: permanent

Start date: immediately or by arrangement

• Continuous improvement of manufacturing processes focusing on productivity, quality, cost reduction, and efficiency.
• Analysis and optimisation of processes to reduce scrap and increase process performance using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and statistical methods.
• Execution of process validations and equipment qualifications (IQ/OQ/PQ) including the required documentation.
• Technical support of production as Subject Matter Expert (SME), including fault analysis, introduction of new products, and ensuring GMP, GDP, and ISO 13485 compliance.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the medical device industry or a similarly highly regulated sector.
• Certification as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is an advantage.
• Solid experience in manufacturing engineering, process optimisation, and validation methods.
• Practical experience with process validations, equipment qualifications, and manufacturing process controls.
• Excellent understanding of GMP, GDP, ISO 13485, and regulated production environments.
• Knowledge of statistical evaluation methods and structured problem-solving techniques.
• Strong analytical skills as well as excellent communication and project management competencies.
• Experience with ERP/MES systems and tools for analysing production data is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Power BI and experience with data visualisation and reporting tools are a plus.
• Fluent German and English skills; additional languages are a plus.
