The Swiss Cancer League, based in Bern, is the umbrella organisation of the 18 cantonal and regional cancer leagues. We have been committed to people affected by cancer and their environment for over 110 years. We strive for a world in which fewer people develop cancer. Our main tasks include advice, support, and information. We are active in cancer prevention and early detection and offer training and further education for professionals. The Swiss Cancer League is headquartered in Bern and is largely funded by donations.

Our marketing team plays a significant role in making our mission visible, inspiring people for our causes, and building sustainable partnerships.

Marketing Employee

Employment level 70%

What you will achieve with us:

• You plan and implement marketing measures for our offerings across all channels and ensure consistent communication.
• You coordinate collaboration with internal teams and manage individual projects confidently and on schedule.
• You are responsible for the implementation of marketing measures as well as the targeted preparation of content – including regional language adaptations.
• You manage the range of marketing materials – from needs assessment and conception through purchasing and production to availability, inventory management, and distribution.
• You ensure compliance with quality, brand, cost, and sustainability requirements and coordinate the corresponding production and approval processes.
• You analyse the impact of the implemented measures, gather experiences and feedback, and derive optimisations for future campaigns and activities.

What makes you a perfect fit for us:

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (EFZ) or hold a comparable qualification. You already have some marketing experience and either have a marketing further education qualification or are about to start one. You definitely want to build solid know-how in this area and get going properly. You are open, flexible, and skilled with numbers. Additionally, you are an organisational talent and a team player. Very good German skills complete your profile. It is advantageous if you can also communicate in French and English.
