The Protection Authority for Minors and Adults (APMA) stands by people in difficulty. Those in need of help and support can rely on APMA. Every day is different with us. Within the interdisciplinary team, we actively shape a secure future for adults, families, children, and adolescents in need of protection.
For maternity leave replacement, the APMA Graubünden, Northern Graubünden branch is looking for a lawyer or an experienced person with professional experience in the field of protection of minors and adults as well as in drafting the corresponding decisions, for a fixed term from March 1, 2026, to October 31, 2026.
Tasks
- Actuarial activities for the authority
- Drafting minutes in case of hearings
- If necessary, independent processing of assigned procedures in the field of protection of minors and adults
What we expect from you
- Preferably a university degree in law (licence, MLaw or BLaw) or professional experience in the field of protection of minors and adults
- Independent person, able to handle large workloads and capable of flexible and interdisciplinary thinking with a strong ability to learn
- Excellent oral and written expression skills in German; knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage
- Careful, efficient, and precise working method
- High service orientation and ability to work in a team in the interdisciplinary service
- Proven social skills and empathy towards people in difficult life situations
