What we expect

You work independently, responsibly and with a high standard of quality and accuracy. You manage your property portfolio proactively, in a structured manner and with the necessary care. Even when things get hectic, you keep an overview and look for pragmatic and sustainable solutions.

Ideally, you bring the following:

• Several years of experience in property management
• Experience in managing condominium ownership, rental apartments and ideally commercial properties
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• French skills are an advantage
• Structured, precise and solution-oriented working style
• High degree of independence and sense of responsibility
• Organisational talent as well as enjoyment in careful and reliable work
• Trustworthiness, discretion and a professional appearance
• Residence ideally in the Munichbuchsee region
• Driving licence category B

Your tasks

You take on the independent management of a diverse property portfolio consisting of condominium ownership, rental apartments and commercial properties.

You ensure professional, economical and sustainable management and are a reliable contact person for owners, condominium owners, tenants and external partners.

Your tasks include in particular:

• Independent and careful management of your own property portfolio
• Active contract and rental management including creation, adjustment and control of rental agreements
• Renting out terminated and vacant properties as well as organising and conducting viewings
• Planning, organising and conducting apartment handovers and takeovers
• Ongoing correspondence with owners, condominium owners, tenants, authorities and service providers
• Coordination of maintenance, repair and craft work as well as handling insurance cases
• Assistance in the preparation of ancillary and administrative accounts
• Close cooperation with internal and external contacts, especially with property accounting
• Mutual representation and support within the team
• Active participation in the further development and optimisation of our work processes
