YOUR TASKS
- Planning, coordination, and monitoring of maintenance, repair, and inspection work (PPM planning)
- Management and control of external service providers and subcontractors
- Support with smaller projects as well as planning and execution of relocations and space adjustments
- Conducting and documenting regular building and safety rounds as well as technical tests
- Monitoring of service and ticket management systems (e.g. Service Insight, Work-Order Management)
- Ensuring the proper operation of technical building systems and support in case of malfunctions
- Preparation of reports and KPI evaluations (e.g. KPI, ATW, CCR)
- Coordination of maintenance, conversion, and construction work in close cooperation with customers and suppliers
- Support in the areas of health, safety, and environment (HSE)
- Carrying out minor repair and maintenance work as agreed
- Responsibility for the proper disposal of confidential and general waste
- Administrative support of the Facility Management team and ensuring a high level of service quality
YOUR PROFILE
- Successfully completed vocational training, preferably in a technical field, facility management, or a craft profession with commercial understanding
- Several years of professional experience in facility management, building technology, or a comparable function
- Good knowledge of technical building systems (HKLS/HVAC) as well as building management systems
- Experience in coordinating external service providers and in planning and managing maintenance and relocation projects
- Very good MS Office skills and ideally experience with CAFM systems and ticket management tools
- Strong service and customer orientation as well as high team spirit
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style even in hectic situations
- High flexibility and willingness to occasionally work outside regular hours
- Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of practical tasks
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
- Availability from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 12:00
- A clean criminal record and debt enforcement register extract are required
