What you achieve

• You consistently implement applicable laws, regulations, and internal security policies and ensure their compliance.
• You identify risks, vulnerabilities, and unusual situations early and initiate appropriate measures.
• You analyse accidents and contribute to the development and implementation of prevention and improvement measures.
• You organise and coordinate the SHE area within your area of responsibility according to the specified guidelines.
• You work closely with internal teams such as maintenance, production, logistics, and cleaning, as well as with authorities and external partners.
• You make an important contribution to the safety of people and assets and support the development of a lived security culture.

What you bring

• Education: Advanced technical college
• Field: You have completed further training as a process specialist with a federal certificate, as a technician HF, or a comparable technical or process-oriented education.
• Professional experience: Ideally, you have training as a fire protection officer. You bring experience in the field of security, ideally in the food industry or a logistics environment.
• You communicate confidently with employees, visitors, authorities, and external partners and have proficient German language skills in spoken and written form (C1).
• You are familiar with operational processes from practice, quickly recognise connections, and want to apply your knowledge specifically in occupational safety and health protection – prior knowledge in the ASGS area is not required.

• You bring a high sense of responsibility, assertiveness, and a solution-oriented mindset.
• You enjoy approaching people, can explain matters clearly, and present yourself confidently at all hierarchical levels.
• Ideally, you have sound knowledge of security standards, risk prevention, and emergency procedures. These are advantageous but not mandatory.
• You act calmly, professionally, and decisively even in challenging or stressful situations.
