For my maternity leave, I am looking for a committed medical substitute for my general practice in Rüti starting from mid-November.

This is a single practice with an experienced MPA and a varied general practice patient base.

The deployment is planned as follows but can be adjusted together according to individual needs:

• Mid-November until the Christmas holidays: workload of 70–80%
• From January: return with reduced workload
• for 2 weeks: approx. 50%
• then for 2 more weeks: approx. 30%
• From February: practice takeover by me with a workload of 70–80%, ending the substitute role.

Responsibilities

Independent general medical care of patients of all ages

Conducting consultations including diagnostics, treatment and follow-up checks

Treatment of acute patients as well as care of chronically ill people

Prescribing medications and issuing referrals, sick notes and other medical documents

Performing minor medical procedures and wound care (depending on experience)

Collaboration with the Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) and external specialists

Maintaining electronic medical records and documentation according to current standards

Contributing to a smooth daily practice routine and ensuring continuous patient care

We expect

Specialist in General Internal Medicine or doctor with relevant experience in general practice

Independent, responsible and patient-oriented working style

Enjoyment of comprehensive general medical care and personal contact with patients

Team spirit and appreciative cooperation with the MPA

Reliability, flexibility and high professionalism

Good knowledge of electronic medical records and confident handling of digital practice workflows

Good German language skills, spoken and written
