Your new job

• Definition of structured GRC and IT risk processes, promotion of internal development
• Management, development and evaluation of IT controls and their continuous review
• Monitoring of operational risks (KRIs / KPIs) and management of risk register and dashboards
• Responsibility for ITSCM capability and support of teams in BCM coordination and recovery test planning
• Ensuring IT compliance and coordination of internal and external audits
• Support of internal projects and functions, liaison for IT risk topics

What we benefit from

• You have several years of experience in IT risk management, GRC, ITSCM or a comparable function
• You have sound knowledge of IT risks, IT security, control systems and frameworks
• You are familiar with regulated environments and relevant FINMA requirements
• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a university or university of applied sciences in a relevant field of study
• Ideally, you have one or more professional certifications (e.g. CRISC, CISSP, CISM)
• Ideally, you bring experience in technical or personnel leadership
