Would you like to apply and further develop your know-how in operational risk controlling in a demanding banking environment? To complement our Risk Controlling & Security division, we are looking for a (Senior) Risk Controller (m/f/d).

Monitoring risk limits for market, liquidity, credit, and third-party risks

Preparation of periodic risk reports for senior management

Recording and analyzing internal operational events, responding to inquiries, and maintaining the corresponding database

Assessment of key controls and support of line managers in Risk Control Self Assessments (RCSA)

Active participation in the further development of a holistic, integrated risk management framework (including procedures and reporting) in close cooperation with the group

Several years of professional experience in risk controlling with a focus on operational risks as well as very good knowledge of banking business processes and the associated internal controls in the context of FINMA Circular 23/1 "Operational Risks and Resilience - Banks"

Additional experience in market and/or credit risks as well as broad regulatory understanding are advantageous

Strong analytical thinking, quick comprehension, and the ability to prepare complex topics clearly and pragmatically

Careful, reliable, and structured working style combined with high personal responsibility, solution orientation, and assertiveness

Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as flexibility in dealing with different stakeholders

Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written

Solid Excel skills and good skills in Power BI; experience with the banking system Avaloq is a plus
