Job Description

• You will take on administrative tasks (e.g. appointment coordination, processing customer enquiries) in the clerical work in various areas
• You will assist with customer order processing and planning as well as the coordination of transports
• You will handle complaints, returns, and credit notes
• You will create and analyse specific evaluations and key figures
• Regular exchange with suppliers, production, purchasing, and other interfaces is part of your training

Qualifications

• You attend secondary school or have a school leaving certificate at level I
• You enjoy organising and have good written language skills
• You are a team-oriented, sociable, and reliable personality with a quick grasp and customer-oriented thinking
• You have very good German expression skills and good English knowledge
