Social Pedagogue HF or Nursing Specialist HF, at Wiesenhaus 60-100%
At the Wiesenhaus , people with particularly demanding care needs live. We offer eight KBS places (KBS = Coordination and Advisory Centre for extremely demanding placements) in a psychiatric setting, which meet the specific needs of the residents.
The position is to be filled immediately or by arrangement.
This is your task
- Individually care for and support residents
- Provide support in challenging situations
- Manage and evaluate care and support processes
- Strengthen and promote the self-efficacy of our residents
- Create meaningful living spaces
- Accompany and empower residents in accordance with the UN CRPD
This is what you bring
- Completed training as a Nursing Specialist HF or FH or as a Social Pedagogue HF
- Humour and composure
- Calm and professional conduct in challenging situations
- Strong communication skills
- A large dose of openness and creativity for new ideas and perspectives
