About the job
Your area of responsibility:
- Professional leadership of the nursing team in the assigned residential group
- Overall responsibility for quality assurance and continuous development of the nursing process
- Individual, resource-oriented care and nursing of our residents
- Ensuring a professional nursing process within the framework of key worker care
- Analysis of complex nursing and care situations as well as initiation, implementation and evaluation of appropriate measures
- Responsibility for correct, complete and professional nursing documentation
- Participation in the guidance, promotion and support of employees, trainees and students
- Interprofessional collaboration with internal and external specialists
- Active involvement in the implementation of nursing standards, process optimisation and digitalisation
You bring with you:
- Completed training as a qualified nurse HF / FH
- Specialist further training advantageous (e.g. CAS Gerontology, CAS Palliative Care)
- Professional experience in a comparable role and enjoyment in working with elderly and demented people
- Strong communication skills, moderation and training competencies
- High sense of responsibility and flexibility
- Independent, structured and professional way of working
