Your area of responsibility:

• Professional leadership of the nursing team in the assigned residential group
• Overall responsibility for quality assurance and continuous development of the nursing process
• Individual, resource-oriented care and nursing of our residents
• Ensuring a professional nursing process within the framework of key worker care
• Analysis of complex nursing and care situations as well as initiation, implementation and evaluation of appropriate measures
• Responsibility for correct, complete and professional nursing documentation
• Participation in the guidance, promotion and support of employees, trainees and students
• Interprofessional collaboration with internal and external specialists
• Active involvement in the implementation of nursing standards, process optimisation and digitalisation

You bring with you:

• Completed training as a qualified nurse HF / FH
• Specialist further training advantageous (e.g. CAS Gerontology, CAS Palliative Care)
• Professional experience in a comparable role and enjoyment in working with elderly and demented people
• Strong communication skills, moderation and training competencies
• High sense of responsibility and flexibility
• Independent, structured and professional way of working
