Do you distinguish yourself through precise working methods, analytical thinking and a strong affinity for numbers? Have you already gained solid experience in project controlling in the construction industry? Then apply with us and contribute with a dynamic team to the strategic and operational management of Drees & Sommer in Switzerland. This position can be filled in Basel or Zurich from 01.01.2027 or by arrangement.

• Project controlling in close collaboration with project managers, project teams and planners for budgeting & plausibility checks of project budgets.
• Final review, legally compliant recording and administrative processing of work and planner contracts in the construction administration tool.
• Continuous monitoring of project costs, conducting detailed target-actual comparisons and early identification of budget deviations.
• Independent review and approval of contractor invoices (advances, time and material and final invoices) as well as monitoring of retention amounts.
• Recording, evaluation and administrative management of change orders as well as monitoring their impact on the overall result.
• Dunning and invoice control.

• Commercial basic training (KV) with strong construction awareness or technical construction training (e.g. draftsman EFZ, craftsman) with commercial/construction economics further education.
• 8–10 years of solid and verifiable professional experience in construction administration, construction controlling or construction cost planning.
• Excellent knowledge of the Swiss construction cost plan (BKP), the SIA standards (especially SIA 118) as well as the entire procurement system.
• Structured, quality-oriented working style combined with pragmatism and a hands-on mentality.
• Proficient use of common Swiss construction administration software (e.g. Messerli, Delta Project, BauPlus) as well as strong Excel skills.
• High affinity for numbers, structured and precise working style as well as the necessary assertiveness in dealing with internal business partners.
