Tasks to be done
- Manage projects in the area of tile coverings independently – from new construction to renovation
- Preparation of work, deployment planning, and site organisation
- Advise customers, prepare quotations, and support acquisition
- Pre-measurements, measurements, billing as well as budget and cost control
- Ensure quality, occupational safety, and health protection
- Support department management and deputise for the 5-member team during absences
- Develop processes and solutions together
Your profile
- Training as a tile setter with a federal certificate of competence (EFC)
- Further training as a federally certified tile setter supervisor
- Experience in independent project management
- Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment of responsibility
- Confident appearance and negotiation skills
- Team spirit, initiative, and a solution-oriented working style
