Your tasks: e Competent advice and sale of our insurance products (private customers & SMEs) e Maintenance and expansion of your own customer portfolio e Active acquisition of new customers and professional lead processing e Personal customer retention through individual service e Implementation of sales and marketing measures (on-site or digital) e Presence at regional fairs and events e Preparation of offers and support in administrative processes
What you bring: e Practical experience in insurance sales or health insurance consulting is mandatory e Qualification as an insurance broker VBV (or you are close to completion) e Enjoyment of active sales and proven sales success e Independent, structured working style and high self-motivation e Empathetic, winning demeanor and pronounced customer orientation e Proficient use of MS 365 e Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, additional languages are an advantage
