Your passion
Loving care: You provide children with security, are their trusted contact person and recognise their individual needs.
Training of apprentices: As delegated training officer, you coordinate the vocational education in our daycare. You support the trainers in the education of our apprentices and interns, conduct learning meetings and participate in the selection process of a total of seven apprentices and interns. In addition, you are directly responsible for the guidance of five apprentices.
Educational skills: You plan and design age-appropriate activities, handle conflicts confidently and maintain a trusting exchange with parents.
Teamwork: You strengthen team cohesion, support your colleagues in daily tasks when needed and contribute to a harmonious, appreciative working atmosphere.
Your profile
Education & experience: You have completed training as a childcare specialist (FaBe) and have at least two years of professional experience. The trainer course is also part of your profile, as is practical experience in guiding apprentices. Completed leadership or team leader training is an advantage. Guidance skills: You are interested in training topics and recognise the value of professional guidance and support of apprentices and interns.
Role model function: You are aware of your role model function – both towards the children and towards employees, apprentices and interns – and take on this role with commitment and responsibility.
