Our Client Channels team is responsible for the further development of the physical and digital contact points of Zürcher Kantonalbank. Several million interactions take place daily at these touchpoints. Together with the team, you ensure that access to our digital channels is secure and offers an excellent user experience. In the Apptilians team, you take responsibility for our ZKB TWINT app and shape its further development within the ZKB and TWINT ecosystem.
Your tasks
- Responsibility for the ZKB TWINT app in the Apptilians team – from product vision and roadmap to stable operation in customers’ daily lives
- Close collaboration with Business Engineers as well as taking over the professional responsibility for individual features and stories in the sense of product ownership
- Representation of Zürcher Kantonalbank in the TWINT scheme at the implementation level, translating developments into requirements for the ZKB TWINT app and ensuring pragmatic, high-quality implementation
- Identification of new use cases and business opportunities in the mobile payment and app ecosystem as well as using the scope for your own developments with a lot of ownership
- Orchestration of collaboration with internal stakeholders (e.g. UX, architecture, legal/security, marketing, operations) as well as commitment to the further development of the mobile app base and synergies with other ZKB apps
Your profile
- Several years of experience as a Product Owner or in a comparable role (e.g. Business Analyst, Product Manager) in the digital environment, ideally in mobile apps or consumer finance/payment products
- Practical experience in agile product development, ideally with Scrum or SAFe, as well as understanding of the interplay between ART backlogs, team backlogs and PI planning
- Understanding of the principles of modern software development as well as relevant technologies and tools to discuss on equal terms with developers and make well-founded decisions
- Strong sense of business and customer needs as well as the ability to translate different interests from business, IT, regulatory and customer perspectives into a clear product strategy and a focused backlog
- Analytical, structured and reliable working style, high self-motivation, identification with the product and enjoyment of an environment with mutual challenge and high quality standards
