Our client is an established company in Central Switzerland and is one of the leading providers in the fields of rock technology, industrial climbing, as well as training and consulting. To strengthen the team, we are looking for you as a motivated leader in the field of rock technology. You will take responsibility, manage construction sites, and actively contribute your experience and know-how.

Your tasks

• Supporting customers, builders, clients as well as taking over site management
• Leading and coordinating construction sites and projects in the Central Switzerland region
• Responsible for schedule monitoring, material procurement, and personnel deployment planning
• Creating and processing offers, calculating projects and services
• Controlling costs, hours, and time sheets as well as creating technical documentation
• Preparing reports and measurements

Your profile

• Training in the main or secondary construction sector (bricklayer, scaffolder, roofer, carpenter, gardener or forester), preferably with professional experience in rock technology
• Further education as a technician HF construction management, wood technician HF timber construction, construction manager or technical merchant (or still in training)
• Good MS Office and ERP knowledge, SORBA knowledge is an advantage
• Motivated personality with an entrepreneurial mindset and a team-oriented leadership style
• Responsible, innovative and committed personality with high personal responsibility, entrepreneurial thinking, and a team-oriented leadership style
• German: confident (C2)
