Your Tasks
- Performing and supervising all common anaesthesiological procedures
- Guiding and mentoring assistant doctors (m/f/d) and specialist doctors (m/f/d)
- Participating in the organisation and further development of anaesthesiological processes
- Taking part in the senior consultant on-call service
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with medical and nursing teams
- Actively shaping quality, process and structural improvements
Your Profile
- Recognition as a specialist doctor (m/f/d) in anaesthesiology with relevant professional experience in an acute hospital or a comparable institution
- Ideally additional qualification in intensive care medicine as well as clinical experience in intensive care medicine
- Enjoyment in training and supervising assistant doctors (m/f/d) as well as interest in further developing clinical processes
- Enjoyment in interdisciplinary collaboration, sense of responsibility and empathy in dealing with patients (m/f/d) and employees
