Team Leader Heat Pumps (m/f)
Area of operation: Greater Biel / Bern
Your tasks – varied and responsible
• Leadership, promotion, and further development of the service team (technical & personnel)
• Support of employees with technical questions
• Budget responsibility including ensuring target achievement
• Building high motivation, quality, and productivity within the team
• Close cooperation with back office and front office for smooth processes
• Organisation and participation in on-call duty
• Active shaping and embodiment of our corporate culture
• Expert customer advice on renovations, maintenance contracts, and services
• Recording, processing, and technical clarification of customer complaints
Your profile – professionally competent, personally convincing
• Several years of experience in heating service
• Completed further training at FA level, ideally specialist in combustion and heating technology
• Initial leadership experience an advantage
• High sense of responsibility, flexibility, and resilience
• Customer-oriented manner, solution-focused, "hands-on" mentality
