Job Description

As a Project Manager at PRO-AV Montages, you oversee all phases of audiovisual projects, from needs analysis to delivery and commissioning. On a daily basis, you coordinate technical teams, schedule on-site interventions, monitor budgets and deadlines, and ensure regular communication with clients and partners. You participate in drafting offers, preparing technical files, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. This full-time position is based on-site in Echallens, with regular presence at clients’ locations and construction sites.

Your main responsibilities:

• Management and monitoring of steel construction projects, from preparation to project completion.
• Study of technical files, plans, and tenders.
• Preparation of offers, quotes, measurements, and amendments.
• Planning and coordination of work with site teams.
• Coordination with clients, architects, engineers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Participation in site meetings and follow-up on technical points.
• Organisation of orders, deliveries, lifting equipment, and material needs.
• Monitoring progress, deadlines, costs, and execution quality.
• Management of additional work and time-based hours.
• Verification of supplier invoices and preparation of project billing.
• Follow-up of inspections, receptions, touch-ups, and finishing work.
• Administrative and documentary management of projects.

Qualifications

You have a technical education in steel construction (CFC metal constructor, federal diploma, ES technician, HES engineer, or equivalent training) and proven experience in project management in steel construction, façades, or metal joinery. You are proficient in reading plans, analysing technical files, preparing offers, and financial monitoring of construction sites. A good knowledge of Swiss construction standards and practices is essential. Autonomous, organised, and rigorous, you can manage several projects simultaneously, anticipate difficulties, and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. You have excellent command of French, both spoken and written, as well as good computer skills.
