Nencki AG is an internationally active Swiss family business with expertise in the development and manufacture of machines and systems with associated hydraulic systems and controls. Thanks to excellent infrastructure and consistent quality, Nencki AG has established a strong position in both domestic and international markets. The approximately 100 employees are mainly based at the headquarters in Langenthal.

Your tasks:

As a team player, you work closely with engineering, customer service, and management.
You generate demanding sales projects and manage them in a culturally diverse
environment. As an independent personality, you conduct technical and commercial discussions with your
international customers and handle public and private tenders.

In addition to looking after existing customers, you develop new customer contacts, enter new segments
and continuously create customer needs in the area of testing and handling of rail components.
You are responsible for leading and expanding a worldwide agent network,
organising international trade fairs and actively participating in them.

You keep up to date with industry-specific market developments and provide important
impulses for future innovations and for shaping the strategy.

Your profile:

We are looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial, and team-oriented personality with experience in international sales. You approach customers confidently and with technical competence. You are independent, flexible, and resilient and able to undertake longer foreign trips. Fluent German and English are required for this role (additional languages are an advantage).
