About the job

• Handling of elaborate and complex business cases
• Disputing invoices with tariff discrepancies
• Individual and collective claims against service providers
• Telephone and written clarifications with service providers and our insured persons regarding invoicing
• Supporting the service teams in processing outpatient doctor and hospital invoices

• You have a commercial basic education, complemented by medical basic knowledge, or a medical basic education with commercial further training
• You bring several years of professional experience in claims processing in the field of health or social insurance
• You have sound knowledge of social insurance tariffs, especially in outpatient doctor and hospital tariffs (Tarmed/Tardoc)
• You communicate fluently in German both orally and in writing – foreign language skills such as Italian and French are a plus
• You have a flair for numbers and an interest in medicine
