About the job

Our sales team inspires new customers for our insurance products – personally on site and via digital channels. You combine sales strength with digital affinity, embody leadership, and want to take on one of the most exciting leadership roles in the Swiss health insurance market?

• You develop and lead a hybrid sales team of up to ten employees – with experienced sales consultants in the field as well as new remote sales consultants.
• You actively build up the remote sales channel in the East region, from the first recruitment through the digital infrastructure to operational team management.
• Together with your team, you achieve sales targets and ensure high consulting quality.
• You plan physical as well as digital sales strategies and market activities that are successful and effective.
• With accompanying visits and conversation evaluations, you strengthen the quality and development of your team.

• a commercial basic education with further training in sales or business administration
• several years of leadership experience in sales with proven success – ideally in health insurance
• a strong affinity for digital sales channels (telesales, online consulting, CRM-supported management) and openness to new things
• enjoyment in promoting employees in a hybrid working environment with clear result orientation
• excellent German skills; good French skills are a plus
