- Setting up and preparing injection moulding machines including tool changes as well as checking machines, tools and auxiliary equipment before production starts
- Preparing and professionally changing materials taking into account the specified material preparation and traceability
- Adjusting machines and peripherals, starting the production process and monitoring process and part quality
- Carrying out the required start-up, first article and ongoing inspections as well as documenting the results
- Identifying, analysing and eliminating malfunctions and typical errors in the injection moulding process
- Initiating appropriate measures in case of quality or safety deviations and informing the responsible departments
- Cleaning and maintaining machines, tools and workplaces as well as reporting wear, damage and maintenance requirements
- Maintaining the required production and quality documentation and ensuring a structured shift handover
- Complying with quality and occupational safety regulations
Your profile
- Completed technical or plastics processing vocational training or a comparable qualification
- Practical experience in tool changes, machine operation and injection moulding process
- Good knowledge in fault analysis and troubleshooting as well as handling plastics, materials and peripherals
- Confident handling of testing equipment and relevant quality assurance and traceability requirements
- Awareness of the importance of occupational safety, quality and process stability
- Experience in automotive series production is an advantage
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Good knowledge of German
