Your Tasks

You competently and respectfully apply your expertise and experience in basic care
With your attentiveness, you perceive the personal, individual needs of the residents and fulfill them in a service-oriented and appreciative manner
You support the self-determination and independence of the residents
You share responsibility for quality assurance according to RAI-NH and RAI-HC
You carry out the nursing documentation thoroughly and independently

What You Bring

Completed training as an SRK nursing assistant with professional experience
Empathy and sensitivity for our residents and their needs, even in demanding situations
A natural awareness of being part of a team where mutual support, respect, and cooperation are highly valued
Warmth, openness, flexibility, responsibility, and a touch of humor
Good oral and written German skills
Experience with the RAI NH and RAI HC system is an advantage
Administrative and organizational flair as well as good PC user skills
