We are applying for our Spitex for
a qualified nurse HF/FH 40%-100%
You know your tasks exactly. What you may not yet know are our promises and benefits that await you:
Benefit from our fitness room, enjoy at least five weeks of holiday, look forward to the 13th monthly salary and discounts on Reka checks. We are also known for our training offer, which we are happy to coordinate with you. And if the day was hectic, a deckchair in our garden is even reserved for you. You see, you are important to us.
Your commitment is our business card to the outside. We feel committed to the trust placed in us by our employees and act as a reliable and responsible employer. Quality and meaningfulness of work are not just buzzwords for us but part of our daily work. Our structures and leadership style are based on the idea of "teamwork at eye level".
And although we also like to celebrate parties, offer discounted lunches, surprise you often with small attentions and are known throughout the region for the best bosses, as a qualified nurse HF/FH you have to perform a lot:
Your main task is the holistic care and support of our clients with your team of 38 colleagues. You manage the electronic care documentation and monitor all processes. You rely on your experience in nursing, your resilience and your demand for qualitative work execution. Re-entrants are also warmly welcome.
We look forward to hearing from you. Our deputy head of nursing, Antje Hänsel, is happy to answer any questions. Phone 044 802 83 99. Interested? Then we look forward to receiving your application documents at antje.haensel@imwil.ch
