About the job
You have a degree as an architect and are team-oriented, confident in dealing with clients, contractors, and colleagues. You bring personal commitment, a high degree of design sensitivity, attention to detail, and an independent working style. Ideally, you have at least two years of professional experience as an architect and/or project manager. You possess good German language skills in spoken and written form, and working with MS Office is a matter of course for you.
You coordinate and lead the interdisciplinary planning team and achieve the set milestones in collaboration with the client. You responsibly and independently manage our diverse construction projects in all SIA phases from the feasibility study to handover to the client. This is done while adhering to budget, deadlines, and quality.
