About the job
Under the umbrella of the non-profit and non-commercial Siloah Foundation, the Siloah network consisting of hospital, long-term care, Spitex, as well as operational and IT functions with around 1,000 employees forms the competence center for integrated care in old age. The Siloah network is currently active at five locations in the canton of Bern and sees itself, among other things, as a solution provider for long-term and Spitex organizations in operational functions.
For the therapy department, we are looking for an appointment coordinator at the Gümligen location starting immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- You are responsible for scheduling the interdisciplinary therapy department and plan for physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and activation therapy
- You ensure that patients receive the required therapies at the right time
- You process information and circumstances in such a way that your planning work contributes to the success of the therapy team and the satisfaction of the patients
Your profile
- Training or further education with a medical background is an advantage. Ideally, you already have experience in a computer-assisted scheduling area
- You have a quick grasp and continuously process new information
- You enjoy diverse interdisciplinary collaboration
- You are used to an independent and efficient way of working
