As a competent and experienced technical specialist, you ensure smooth operations in building technology in a large, attractive, and renowned customer environment from the banking sector on a daily basis in this exciting, versatile, and important role. Are you an enthusiastic building technician with extensive know-how and experience? Are you fascinated by complex and challenging technical processes and building technology systems? Your main tasks:

• Performing preventive maintenance on all technical systems including documentation
• Regular rounds, inspections, and measurements
• Resolving disturbances, troubleshooting, and repairs as well as switching control systems
• Accompanying and supervising third-party companies
• Supporting modifications of existing trades and operational optimization measures
• Processing service tickets
• Providing on-call service

Your profile:

• Completed training as an electrical installer EFZ or comparable technical training EFZ in the field of building technology, electronics, automation, etc.
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Authorization according to NIV15 or prerequisites to obtain it directly
• Proficient PC skills (MS Office) and willingness to work with various internal programs
• Fluent German language skills in spoken and written form
• High customer and service orientation as well as good communication skills
• High independence as well as structured and precise work
• Impeccable character
